Pangu Shengong Practice August 10, 2026

Please join us for the monthly Pangu Shengong Moving Form Practice.

This is a chance to enhance and keep your practice going throughout the month and also to connect with the group energy.  It is also a chance to review and boost your practice in case you wanted to jump start it again.

We will answer any questions, practice the form once, and then meditate with the energies.

Everyone who registers will be included in the energy and receive the recordings in case you cannot make the live times.  The practice will be on Zoom.  Please enter the email address when you register that you would like to receive the Zoom information and recordings.  If you do not receive either, please email Gene at gene.ang@gmail.com.
