Please join us to learn this qi-gong form created by Master Ou Wen Wei that improves health, longevity, body function, and the immune system. This is a straightforward and easy set of movements that brings in a type of high frequency spiritual energy (shen meaning spiritual in Chinese and gong meaning practice) that raises the frequency and vibration of all the cells in your body. In particular it brings in and balances the sun energy (yang; masculine) and the moon energy (yin, feminine) energies in the energy field.
